Solicitations Policy

Solicitations require review & approval by two teams: the Vice Chancellor—Development & Alumni Relations (Central DEVAR) and the Associate Vice Chancellor—University Development (Advancement Services), per PPM 260-15. For review and approval of your solicitation, please send your solicitation information and materials to solicitationrequest@ucdavis.edu. This will ensure that both approval teams can view solicitations simultaneously, thus improving efficiency.

Please note: If you use Annual and Special Gifts Program services, these policies and procedures are managed on your behalf by the Annual and Special Gifts Program for all solicitations they oversee. No additional procedures are needed in that case
